On Monday, November 7, 2016, appearing before the Louisiana State Board of Cosmetology (LSBC), school owner and instructor Nelda Dural implored Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards’ appointees to “set me free” from the “whips and chains” she indicates the “Jindal board” placed her under.  She outlines what she contends was an organized conspiracy to shut her school down.  In doing so, she even has a cosmetology board employee, Deborah Johnson, acknowledge that LSBC meetings took place with the goal of shutting down Dural’s school.  Dural emphasizes that she retained “all of the text messages” she claims substantiate her accusations about a plot to close her school.  She conveyed all of this to the new Edwards LSBC appointees.  See her incredible Sound Off Louisiana feature below:

Dural:  “Set me free!!”
