John Bel Edwards, responds to a question by Sound Off Louisiana founder Robert Burns regarding whether that spread can be eliminated solely by positive campaign ads or whether Rispone will have no choice but to launch negative attack ads against Abraham and, if he does so, if that action will backfire in light of the sour taste many Republicans have regarding negative attack ads among Republican candidates in the 2015 race for Governor.
