Gov. Edwards’ $70-Million-Man on the Louisiana State Police Commission, Jared Caruso-Riecke, openly brags on video of his creative ways to circumvent law enforcement on the nation’s roadways.

LSPC Commissioner Jared Caruso-Riecke

In yet another example of Louisiana Gov. John Bel “Honor Code” Edwards’ long list of hypocritical appointees to Louisiana State Boards and Commissions, Sound Off Louisiana founder Robert Burns outlines one of his appointees to the Louisiana State Police Commission (LSPC), Jared Caruso-Riecke, openly bragging of his ability to avoid law-enforcement radar detectors across the nation’s highways in the following video:

Riecke brags of evading law-enforcement radar detectors across the nation’s roadways.

Riecke makes $50,000 bet against “Team Texas” breaking the record for racing across the nation from New York to Los Angeles wherein they describe means to avoid detection by law-enforcement officials, including changing license plates (from among 10 to choose) if they hear the license place called out over a scanner.
Warning:  Offensive language.

LSPC Member W. Lloyd Grafton, fed up with what he claims is a “lack of integrity” on the LSPC,
engages in a heated exchange with Riecke entailing whether a position LSP Col. Mike Edmonson
created did or did not result in an increase in pay for Jason Starnes.

Grafton, fed up with what he says was a witch hunt to fire LSPC Executive Director Cathy Derbonne,
and fed up with other members who wish to “serve at the feet of the master” (LSP Col. Mike Edmonson)
states his reason for resigning from the LSPC at the LSPC meeting of February 9, 2017.

LSPC Commissioner Calvin Braxton laments the “lack of communication” he says is applicable for
him on the Commission and indicates he was blindsided by the Derbonne termination agenda item.

It’s a shame this man is on a Commission Board of ethics when it’s clear he has none , JCR is a joke and most , on the Board , and Where or Who is going to dissolve the panel of Jokesters that claim they can oversee real men who give their lives everyday to protect these jokers ,
