Sen. David Vitter files material with U. S. Attorney’s Office & FBI entailing Edwards’ campaign operatives’ actions.

On Monday, November 9, 2015, appearing before the Baton Rouge Press Club in a gubernatorial forum, U. S. Sen. David Vitter, the Republican in the race, stated that his campaign filed formal paperwork, complete with sworn affidavits against operatives of his Democratic opponent, John Bel Edwards.  Vitter alleges the Edwards campaign operatives “paid for false testimony from witnesses against me.”  Video of Vitter’s statements and John Bel Edwards’ response follows:
