Fourteenth Judicial District Judge David Ritchie (entailing Attorney General Jeff Landry’s legal skills): “Choose your lawyer carefully.”

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry

In our last Sound Off Louisiana feature, we outlined the incredible measures that Russell Stutes, Jr., attorney for Gravity and Drainage District 8 of Ward 1 of Calcasieu Parish, and Samuel Gabb, attorney for the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury, went to in order to impede contractor Billy Broussard’s efforts to obtain public records.  In our second installment, Sound Off Louisiana founder Robert Burns interviews Broussard entailing Fourteenth Judicial District Judge David Ritchie’s interesting commentary, as provided by courtroom transcripts, regarding the legal skills of Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry.  The feature follows:

Burns interviews Broussard about 14th JDC Judge Ritchie’s commentary that Broussard, through his attorney, Jeff Landry,  illegally filed a $1.2 million lien.  Also,  Ritchie’s unflattering commentary on Landry’s legal skills are also discussed.
